Conversion-focused digital services platform with Next.js

From scattered quotes to a platform where users configure, order and manage services. Full-stack Next.js focused on a clear path and maintainable orders.

The problem

Selling services via spreadsheets, email and loose pages created friction: wrong configurations, slow checkout, no shared overview.

The platform needed to support both selling (clear choices, fast checkout) and operations (orders, invoices).

Approach

  1. 01

    Configurator as the starting point

Clear choices and checks before checkout, so orders are correct and support does less chasing.

  2. 02

    Buy, then manage

After purchase, a customer area with status, management and follow-up steps without starting over.

  3. 03

    Orders and invoices linked

Order management connected to billing, with one reliable data source for status.

  4. 04

    Product-focused stack

Next.js and TypeScript end-to-end, so UI and logic stay close to the core flows.

Result

  • One path from configure, pay and manage.
  • Less manual order handling, more status visibility.
  • Extensible base for new services and packs.

Load time: ~1.1s

Partly, but the core is configurable services and accounts. Closer to SaaS or a portal than a classic product catalog.
