Privacy policy

1. Who is responsible?

2. Which data is processed?
Via the contact form the following data may be processed: name, email address, optional company name, project type, optional budget indication, optional start period and your message.
Via free tools (such as the growth checklist) the following may be processed: email address, optional name, tool source, answers/score from the tool and the time of consent.
Technical data such as IP address, request time and similar server logs may temporarily be used for security (including rate limiting), abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Contact form data is processed to respond to your enquiry, discuss a possible collaboration and protect the website against spam and abuse.
Lead-tool data is processed to show the requested result, follow up relevantly about related services, and prevent abuse. This is based on consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and/or legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
The legal basis for contact requests is generally legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and/or taking pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
4. Retention period
Contact messages and lead data are not kept longer than needed to handle the request or relevant follow-up, unless a longer retention period is required due to an ongoing agreement, a dispute or a legal obligation (for example tax retention). You may request deletion via the contact details.
5. Sharing with third parties / processors
Contact requests and lead data via forms are stored in a database (Neon) linked to the hosting environment. The website is hosted on Vercel. Cloudflare Turnstile may be used for spam protection.
Messages are not forwarded via a transactional email provider: they are stored in the database so they can be answered.
Where required, appropriate arrangements are made with processors (including data processing agreements). Data is not sold to third parties.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Some service providers (for example hosting or security services) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, appropriate safeguards are sought, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision, as applicable.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interest.

8. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use marketing or advertising tracking cookies by default.
Functional or security-related techniques (such as Turnstile) may be necessary to protect the contact form. If analytics or other non-essential cookies are added later, this section will be updated and a cookie banner or consent mechanism added where required.
9. Security
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are taken to protect personal data, including HTTPS, restricted access to the database environment and rate limiting on the contact form and lead tools. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
10. Changes
This privacy policy may be updated if the website, services or legislation change. The “last updated” date above indicates the most recent version.
